Career counselling for (returned) development service professionals
Development service contracts are always fixed term. So, sooner or later, professional development workers always face the question “What’s the next step in my career?” AGdD’s Reintegration Programme specialises in providing counselling on this subject and offers support through a broad range of services.
Thanks to our many years of experience and our extensive network, we have a good overview of the career paths which are both attractive and realistic for returnees. We would be pleased to help you reflect on your career and to give you tips on looking for work and submitting job applications. You can turn to us with your concerns and any specific questions that you may have at any time during the job application process.
