Our journal, transfer, provides information about current developments in the labour market and in further education, and addresses the professional development of professionals who are returning from development service or civil peace service.

Returnees’ stories are an important feature of every issue. The journal usually appears three times a year and each issue focusses on a particular theme.

Past editions are a useful source of information on development cooperation. They provide a whole lot of signposts to further education and training opportunities, and interesting insights into professionals’ experience of further career development. And reports of former professionals demonstrate how experience gained during development service can be put to good use in a new working environment.
